  • Yes. Chefs Eat Brisbane is the next chapter in the Chefs Eat series, following the release of Chefs Eat Canberra (2024). Each book focuses on a different city, exploring its dining culture through chefs, restaurants and storytelling.

  • Chefs Eat Brisbane is published by Chefs Eat Publishing and created by a small, independent team. Sam Parish is the Author, Lead Producer and Food Editor, working alongside photographer Andy Lewis and publisher and creative director Chris Hansen.

  • Not in the traditional sense. While the book includes recipes, it is primarily an editorial-led publication that combines narrative storytelling with cooking inspiration.

  • Each restaurant was carefully curated based on its contribution to Brisbane’s dining culture, the people behind it and its approach to hospitality.

  • Each featured venue contributes at least two recipes, shared exclusively for this book.

  • Shipping timelines will be shared via email once production and delivery schedules are confirmed.

  • Yes. All pre-order copies are signed by the author unless otherwise stated. If you’d like your copy signed by the chefs, many are happy to do so when you visit their restaurant.
