Chefs Eat Brisbane brings together a curated selection of restaurants that reflect the depth, diversity and creativity of the city’s dining scene. Each venue featured in the book was chosen for its people, its approach to hospitality and its contribution to Brisbane’s evolving food culture. Copies of Chefs Eat Brisbane will be available to purchase at many of these restaurants from Late March 2026— visit, eat and take a piece of the story home with you.
